These terms cover ordering from GG's Sweet Treats through ggssweettreats.com. Placing an order means you agree to them.

Orders & Payment

• All cookies are baked fresh to order. Please allow 48–72 hours' advance notice; large or custom orders may need more time.
• Payment is collected immediately at checkout through Square's secure payment page — you're charged at the time you complete checkout, not when the order is later confirmed.
• If we're ever unable to fulfill your order (sold out, scheduling conflict, etc.), we'll refund you in full and reach out directly, typically within 1–3 hours (up to 24 hours on weekends).

Pickup & Delivery

• Farmers market pickup and local delivery (0–10 miles) are free.
• Delivery 11–20 miles is $5; 21–30 miles is $10.
• Orders requesting delivery beyond 30 miles require contacting us first before placing the order.

Allergens

Our cookies may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Please tell us about any allergies when ordering — we're happy to talk through options, but we can't guarantee any product is fully free of a given allergen.

Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible at Orders@GGsSweetTreats.com. Because everything is baked fresh to order, we may not be able to accommodate changes made close to your requested date, but we'll always work with you where we can.

Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility for any issue with an order is limited to replacing the order or refunding what you paid. We aren't liable for indirect or incidental losses beyond that.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
